Big-fish in Fiji through appose
Segment dot-like signal (e.g. smFish/RNA staining..), using big-fish, a python library, through appose.
Open the image to segment if it's not already open.
Launch the plugin by going to Plugins>Segmentation>Big-fish and an interface will pop-up to let you choose the relevant parameters.
