docs: Add video walkthrough / animated demo of scanning workflow

Description

The README references scanning but doesn't include a visual demo. Create an animated GIF or short video showing:

1. Opening the app
2. Uploading a contract
3. Watching the analysis terminal
4. Viewing findings
5. Exporting a report

Acceptance Criteria

• Animated demo created (GIF or WebM, < 5MB)
• Embedded in README.md
• Also linked from GETTING_STARTED.md
