Community edition install instructions in the readme need to be updated

https://github.com/HexmosTech/LiveReview#quick-start--self-hosted-community-edition-free says you need to get a license and links to https://github.com/HexmosTech/LiveReview/wiki/Get-a-LiveReview-Licence which links to https://hexmos.com/livereview/access-livereview/ which is a 404 and https://hexmos.com/livereview/ which just links back to here. I don't think you actually do need to get a license for the community edition.
