docs: record fail-closed dual-app regression

Summary

• record the current main-dev Pure Debug and AndroidTest artifact digests
• record the latest 30/30 emulator dual-app result with observed offline restoration, model switching, low-memory recovery, and zero failed host steps
• explicitly retain the limits: no advertised image/audio capability, no physical-device acceptance, no 15-minute thermal result
• note that strict physical mode rejects the emulator before installation

• Pure Debug and AndroidTest APK builds succeeded and verified with APK Signature Scheme v2
• 30 requests completed, zero request failures, 37 host steps with zero failures
