Subtitle "Set Default" option incorrectly adds Default AND Forced flags to mkv subtitles #4848

Description

@listy-bit

Problem Description

The "Set Default" option incorrectly also sets the subtitle track as forced in MKV. These are not the same things. A "Default" subtitle track is the track that should be played if the player wants subtitles enabled. A "Forced" subtitle should be played even if the player doesn't want subtitles.

Activity Log, Crash Log or any other details

I'd suggest adding a "Set Forced" option alongside "Set Default" but the two should not be tied together.
