[CON-001] MTMT ROOT differential closure

Goal

Replace provisional once-per-diagram ROOT semantics with evidence from pinned MTMT 7.3.51110.1 on Windows.

Scope

• Run the pinned Windows capture script.
• Verify per-diagram interpretation and 12 ROOT threats.
• Commit only the normalized oracle.
• Add a cross-platform six-rule comparison test.
• Update semantics only if captured evidence differs.

Acceptance criteria

• Capture includes manifest, knowledge-base, fixture, and generated-model hashes.
• Each diagram has exactly SU, TU, RU, IU, DU, and EU.
• Regression proves exact MTMT/tmforge agreement.
