Describe the bug

在同一个chat下使用Mimic paper模式前后生成了几个个quiz，后quiz会继承上一个quiz的答题状态（即每道题是否做过），而不是全新的。

Steps to reproduce

1. 使用micmic paper模式生成一个quiz
2. 第一个quiz答几道题
3. 再使用micmic paper生成一个quiz。

Expected Behavior

新生成的quiz会继承上一个quiz的答题状态，而不是全新的
