This second iteration of Resource Identity for IAM resources resolves some of the issues from the first implementation by adding a new
ResourceIdentityParserthat's meant to mimic the current parser that's used for theIdstring when provided but updated to reflect the structure of the resource identity block on import.This PR currently only focuses on
iam_member, however the same logic would be applied on bothiam_bindingandiam_policyRelease Note Template for Downstream PRs (will be copied)
