Summary

  • Publish the CLI as a self-contained Linux x64 single executable, including native libraries.
  • Run the published CLI with --help before release publication.
  • Attach PackageCascade-linux-x64 alongside the NuGet packages in the GitHub release.

Stacked on #28.

Verification

  • YAML parsing, added shell step syntax, and git diff --check passed.
  • Local publish attempted in an isolated temporary source copy; NuGet restore was blocked by sandbox network restrictions, so the binary has not been run locally.
  • Independent review waived by the user.
