Summary

• Make the planner include direct dependency IDs and the unchanged dependency projects and versions needed to execute its plan. Each package version is recorded once.
• Remove ExecutionInputResolver: execution maps the supplied plan into build and archive-verification inputs without rediscovering projects, rebuilding the graph or reading release tags.
• Move the shared plan model to Public.Definition and extract repository HEAD reading into a shared internal service.
• Record the build working directory in the plan and remove the obsolete solution-path argument from execution. Preserve nested global.json selection.
• Configure six ArchonAnalysers rules preventing references between internal planning, execution and rollback namespaces in either direction.

Validation

• Full solution: 124 tests passed, none skipped.
• All six forbidden-reference probes failed with ARCHON004; temporary probe code was removed.
• Formatting and diff checks passed. Independent production and test reviews found no material issues.

Stacked on #22. This changes the public plan namespace and adds required dependency and working-directory information to the plan model.
