GitVersion.exe should also integrate with build servers

GitVersion now writes results to console when a compatible build server is found so the build server can also pick up the version without using it as msbuild task.

Thinking a /TeamCity flag to cause it to write the variables out to teamcity.

I don't think detecting teamcity is a good idea with GitVersion because the default is to write the json output and detecting and writing out teamcity stuff will break build scripts which rely on the json.

Maybe something like:

/output buildserver|autodetect|json

buildserver will automatically write out to the current build server (if one is available)
autodetect will do json, but if a build server is detected it will be written to that instead
json forces json output (default)

I think that is a good idea. But I don't want to further increase the already very large pull request. The team hopefully will accept the pull request soon so we have a stable base to continue on.

Maybe comment out the output to build server (this specific issue) and just keep the git related stuff in.

That change is a breaking change, if I upgraded Shouldly after this is merged the builds would break in teamcity because I parse the json the exe outputs :(

Sweet, I really do want the ability to get build server support through the exe (for projects other than shouldly), but I actually have grown to like the json output as it is super easy to work with in rake
