🐛 Bug Report: Filter persistence broken on page refresh

📜 Description

When user applies filters on the issues/PRs tracking page and refreshes, all filters are reset instead of persisting the user's selections. This causes inconvenience for users who want to keep their chosen filters active after a reload.

I would like to work on this issue under GSSoC'26.
I’ll implement filter persistence so the selected filters remain active after page refresh using localStorage/query params.
