About

I'm a software engineer with a research background in software quality and security, now working on computational biology. At CERTH and the University of Macedonia I built backend services and static analysis tooling for Horizon Europe projects, and I led an open-source university app used by thousands of students. I now apply that experience to scientific software: simulation frameworks, data pipelines, and tools for modeling biological systems.
