F110.3: time-announcement copy is bare β€” rule whether the station name joins it (after live listen)Β #453

Description

@genwave-radio

πŸ• Context

F110 (v3.3.0) ships top-of-hour time announcements as templated, station-voiced, zero-LLM copy. The shipped copy is deliberately bare:

"It's two o'clock."

No station name rides it. Idents (StationId) remain their own kind on their own cadence.

❓ The open call (carried from the T218–T236 build)

Should the time announcement join the ident β€” e.g. "It's two o'clock on GenWave Demo." β€” or stay bare?

Dean's ruling 2026-08-10: decide after hearing it live. The pinned demo deploy (post-#436) airs F110 for the first time; listen, then rule here.

βœ… Done when

  • Demo box runs the pinned v3.3.x images with the v1 context settings on
  • Dean has heard a live top-of-hour time announcement
  • Ruling recorded here (keep bare / join the ident); if "join", a small task amends the template
