Currently, when a dataset is deleted, it shows up only to the user who created the dataset initially. All other admin users not have the ability to view the deleted datasets. Providing access to deleted dataset to admin users can help is managing the organization inventory history and also reactivate any datasets that might have been accidently deleted. A view in the admin user's dashoboard for all deleted datasets would certainly help
