Move vtk filter AttributeMappingFromCellCoords to geos-mesh + remove AttributeMappingFromCellId + move corresponding PV plugin to geos-pv

In the context of the repository refactoring, this will consists in three main tasks:
- Move the VTK filter AttributeMappingFromCellCoords into geos-mesh
- Move the Paraview plugin PVAttributeMapping to geos-pv
- Remove the VTK filter AttributeMappingFromCellId
