新增 iPad 专用原生应用 target
WriteBenchPad，仅面向 iPadOS 18+。宽屏提供题目和答题卡并排布局，窄屏采用上下排列；支持自由空格、Tab、段落对齐、PencilKit 手写和强制校对的本机 OCR。复用题库、评分标准、DeepSeek 三评审、报告和持久化模型，提供历史、间隔复习、统计以及与 macOS 兼容的 JSON 备份。API Key 使用 Keychain；iPad 不提供桌面 Codex CLI。草稿新增可选的排版和笔迹字段，旧备份保持兼容。
新增 iPad 模拟器 CI 和 8 项单元测试、6 项触控 UI 测试。iPad Pro 11-inch 与 iPad mini 模拟器各 14 项测试全部通过；macOS 87 项回归测试通过；iOS arm64 设备构建通过。附
platforms/ipad/VALIDATION.md与界面截图。实体 iPad、实体 Apple Pencil 和付费 AI 评阅尚未验证。本机没有 Apple 开发签名，因此没有发布可安装 IPA；安装方式见
platforms/ipad/README.md。最终提交
5a805b9的 CI：iPad、macOS、Windows、Android 四个平台全部通过。
