On Bluefin-dx when I try to run the python gui with Astral uv run I get this gcc-11 error. Available gcc version is 14. Do I really have to install v11?

with LLM help I learned that I can export CC=gcc ; uv run to get past the gcc version error, but a new hurdle opens up: missing libudev.h. Is this an upstream error and not qmk_hid's responsibility?
