Select file from GCS bucket field

Step 9 of the codelab requires you to, Select file from GCS bucket field, enter ‘gs://firebase-recommendations/recommendations-test/formatted_data_filtered.txt'. In order to Create table from select ‘Google Cloud Storage' in Bigquery

However, when I try do this. It says 'Not found: URI gs://firebase-recommendations'.

Has anyone faced this problem in the tutorial, and I would really appreciate assistance on how to resolve it

I can't "In the Select file from GCS bucket field, enter ‘gs://firebase-recommendations/recommendations-test/formatted_data_filtered.txt'."
Only if I delete the gs:// I can start the job.

But then I get "Access Denied: File gs://firebase-recommendations/recommendations-test/formatted_data_filtered.txt: Access Denied"
