1. Connect to an HR provider and set a final approver
2. Verify the final approver field shows the selected user display name correctly

1. Go to Account > Wallet
2. On the business bank accounts, press the three-dot button on the BBA
3. Select Share
4. Verify it shows the admins list details correctly

This PR is an internal refactor. It swaps the imperative getPersonalDetailByEmail lookup for the reactive usePersonalDetailsByLogins hook in three places. Nothing a user sees changes — no new feature, no renamed field, no new step, no changed button or label.

What I checked

The three touched flows and why each needs no doc update:
