Summary

PR #99418 removed the rillet beta gate, making the Rillet accounting integration generally available to all workspace admins (Control plan) rather than only select beta customers. This PR updates the help site to reflect that.

Changes

  • docs/articles/Unlisted/Connect-to-Rillet.md — Removed the outdated line "The Rillet integration is currently in beta and is available to select customers," which no longer reflects the product now that the beta has been removed.
  • docs/articles/Unlisted/Upcoming-Integrations-And-Accounting.md — Removed the Rillet integration entry (and its mentions in the description/keywords) from the internal AgentZero "upcoming/planned" reference, since Rillet is now generally available and no longer an upcoming feature.

Verification

Verified on dev NewDot (web) that Rillet appears in the workspace Accounting connections list with a Connect button for an account that is not in the rillet beta, alongside QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and Certinia — confirming it is now generally available.

HelpDot Documentation Review

Overall Assessment

This PR reflects the general availability of the Rillet accounting integration after the rillet beta gate was removed (E/A#99418). It makes two surgical deletions: it removes a now-inaccurate "currently in beta / select customers" line from the public Rillet connection article, and it removes the Rillet entry (plus its description/keywords mentions) from the internal AgentZero "Upcoming Features" reference. Both changes are accurate, well-scoped, and keep the two documents consistent now that Rillet is no longer an upcoming feature. Since the PR only deletes content, it introduces no new authoring or style debt.

Scores Summary

  • Readability: 9/10 - Deletions are clean and leave surrounding prose coherent. Removing the beta caveat eliminates a statement that contradicted the article's own eligibility section.
  • AI Readiness: 9/10 - Pruning Rillet from the internal reference's description and keywords keeps retrieval metadata aligned with reality, preventing AgentZero from describing a GA integration as "coming soon." internalScope, noindex, and heading hierarchy remain compliant.
  • Style Compliance: 9/10 - No terminology, button, tab, or navigation language changed. Feature name Rillet and surrounding UI-exact references remain intact and correct.

Key Findings

  • Correctly removes the contradictory beta statement so it no longer conflicts with the article's own "Who can connect to Rillet" section (Control plan, all Workspace Admins).
  • Good practice: the roadmap entry AND its description/keywords mentions were removed together, avoiding stale metadata that would misroute AI retrieval.
  • Both changes stay within scope of the GA change; no unrelated edits.

Recommendations

  • No blocking issues. Optional: confirm no other help article, cross-link, or index still describes Rillet as beta or upcoming.
  • Optional follow-up (out of this diff's scope): tidy any trailing empty list item in the Upcoming Features reference if present on the target branch.

Files Reviewed

  • Connect-to-Rillet.md - Removed inaccurate beta/select-customers line. Approved.
  • Upcoming-Integrations-And-Accounting.md - Removed Rillet roadmap entry and its description/keywords mentions. Approved.

Note: Detailed line-by-line feedback has been provided as inline comments where applicable.
