I reviewed the changes in this PR against Expensify's help site content under App/docs/articles.

Both changes are internal client-side logging/telemetry tuning with no user-facing impact:

• src/libs/Log.ts — raises maxLogLinesBeforeFlush from 150 to 500, so the client buffers more log lines before flushing them to the log API.
• src/libs/actions/OnyxUpdateManager/index.ts — flips the second argument of a Log.info call from true to false, so a "gap detected in update IDs" log no longer forces an immediate flush.

Neither change alters any feature, tab, setting, button, workflow, billing, or integration behavior that the help site documents. The help site describes how customers use Expensify, and these changes are invisible to that experience — they only affect how frequently the app batches diagnostic logs to the server.

Because nothing customer-facing changed, I did not create a draft help site PR.
