This PR is an internal localization-threading refactor — it passes a translate function through getSortedPersonalDetails → getDisplayName → getDisplayNameForParticipant so default display names in the @-mention suggestion list resolve with the correct locale. There is no change to any user-facing feature, workflow, UI label, tab, or button.

I reviewed the changed files and searched docs/articles for content documenting the @-mention suggestion behavior. The only matches for "mention" are incidental (e.g. email notifications, card perks) and none describe the autocomplete/suggestion list this PR modifies. Since nothing user-facing changed, no article is out of date.
