[Split #94595] Batch C - Remove useOnyx deps from Search

Explanation of Change

Part of the useOnyx dependencies-argument removal (#94595), Batch C of the split: Search. Drops the deprecated 3rd useOnyx argument at Search list-row / header / filter call sites; selectors kept stable (inline/compiler-memoized). No intended behavior change. The main wrapper still accepts the arg, so this batch is independent.

Tests

Steps to cover the hot paths of the changed components here.

1. Login with an account that has workspace and some expense reports.
2. Go to Spend tab and Expenses view, assert your expenses are there.
3. Go to Reports view, click an action button of an expense (e.g. View), assert it works.
4. Go back to Expenses view, group by From, assert it works, remove the grouping.
5. Filter expenses by Category, assert they are filtered as expected, clear the filters.
6. Hold an expense, assert it's indicating it's on hold, unhold it.
