Overall Assessment
This PR revises the internal AgentZero Reference: Upcoming Features page, replacing an outdated feature roadmap with a current, more comprehensive list grouped into themed sections. The page is an intentionally unlisted, noindex internal reference for AgentZero (not an end-user help article), so several end-user authoring rules apply with reduced weight. Within that context the changes are a clear content improvement, but a few governance and quality issues remain.
