Explanation of Change

Per the product decision confirmed in Expensify/App#93070, Limited Access Copilots are now allowed to retract (and reopen) reports they've submitted. That PR reverted the change which had blocked Limited Access Copilots from using Retract/Reopen.

This updates the Copilot Access help article so the documented Limited Access exclusions match the current product behavior — removing "retractions, and reopens" from the list of excluded actions.

HelpDot Documentation Review

Overall Assessment

This PR makes a single, narrowly scoped content correction: removing "retractions, and reopens" from the Limited Access copilot description. The change itself is clean and improves accuracy by aligning the documentation with current product behavior.

Scores Summary

  • Readability: 9/10 - The revised line reads naturally. The serial comma is correctly placed ("approvals, payments, rejections, and holds"), and the sentence remains scannable within the bulleted sub-step.
  • AI Readiness: 8/10 - The change does not introduce any AI retrieval issues. The terms removed were product-specific actions, and the remaining list is clear and unambiguous for semantic search. (Minor: the file as a whole is missing internalScope in its YAML frontmatter, which is required per governance, but that is a pre-existing issue outside this diff.)
  • Style Compliance: 9/10 - The modified line follows naming conventions correctly: access levels are bolded, descriptions use exact terminology, and formatting is consistent with the surrounding content.

Key Findings

  • The content change is accurate and well-formed. No new governance violations are introduced by this diff.
  • The removed terms ("retractions" and "reopens") appear to no longer be relevant Limited Access restrictions, making this a necessary factual correction.
  • Pre-existing issues in the file (not introduced by this PR) include: multiple # headings used for sections beyond the title and FAQ, missing internalScope metadata, "three-dot menu" instead of the required "three dots (⋮)" format, and absence of a ## How to heading. These are worth addressing in a follow-up PR but are outside the scope of this review.

Recommendations

  • No changes required for this diff -- it is ready to merge from a documentation standards perspective.
  • Consider a follow-up PR to bring the full file into compliance with current governance rules (heading hierarchy, metadata, three-dots formatting).

Files Reviewed

  • docs/articles/new-expensify/settings/Copilot-Access.md -- Single-line content correction; no new issues introduced.
