[No QA] Bump pods after cocoapods update

Explanation of Change

Cocoapods were updated here without updating the Podfile.lock. I ran a bundle install && bundle exec pod install, but for some reason that downgraded a lot of our pods. So then I ran bundle exec pod update, and this is the result.

• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
