Details
Background: We are moving and renaming articles constantly on helpdot. This causes the old links that are indexed by google to be not working anymore. We have a redirect mechanism, but we can forget to do it in same PR
When an article or hub is moved/renamed/deleted, we should add a PR check to detect it and enforce that a redirect URL is added for the new links.
I've made the check fail softly. i.e. the other steps in the workflow will continue to run even if this check fails.
This is because git can be unpredictable sometimes when renaming/moving/deleting things.
