Fixing endless invoice room updates

Details

The bug happened because of the temporary workaround that we introduced in scope of another task. The app should avoid this extra update for invoice rooms.

Tests

1. Send an invoice to user B.
2. Open the invoice room and send a comment.
3. Click on the IOU to open the expense details page.
4. Click on the header to go back to the invoice room.
5. Verify that the IOU gets highlighted and the comment under the IOU will be visible.

Overall tests well, but I found after a couple of hard refreshes when I go back to the page by clicking Invoice header, it takes a few seconds to load the screen.
