When deleting a workspace offline, it could still have been accessed from the admins room. Now it's no longer possible.

1. While online, create a new workspace;
2. Go offline for the next steps;
3. Delete the workspace;
4. Navigate to that workspace's admins room and click on the admin room header;
5. Verify that clicking on the workspace's name under the "#admins" header is forbidden.
