Prevent a bill split crash when a report has an undefined participant

In the console errors shown in issue report it shows that the login is undefined here and this causes a crash.

Here's a trace for reference

• IOUParticipantsSplit contructor getNewChatOptions, passes personalDetails from Onyx
• OptionsListUtils.getNewChatOptions calls getOptions, passing personalDetails
• getOptions calls allReportOptions.push(createOption(logins, personalDetails
• createOption calls getPersonalDetailsForLogins(logins, personalDetails).
• In getPersonalDetailsForLogins we map through the logins and call Str.removeSMSDomain(login)

To fix this I removed the undefined logins with underscore .compact(). I also had to remove undefined logins in another place.
