Explanation of Change

Refactor these below chains:

- isAnonymousUser (libs/actions/Session/index.ts) -> openLink (libs/actions/Link.ts)
- isAnonymousUser (libs/actions/Session/index.ts) -> openLink (libs/actions/Link.ts) -> connectPolicyToFinancialForce (libs/actions/connections/FinancialForce.ts)
- isAnonymousUser (libs/actions/Session/index.ts) -> openLink (libs/actions/Link.ts) -> connectToNetSuiteOAuthSetup (pages/workspace/accounting/netsuite/NetSuiteTokenInput/subPages/connectToNetSuiteOAuthSetup.ts)

- A similar style doesn't already exist
- The style can't be created with an existing StyleUtils function (i.e. StyleUtils.getBackgroundAndBorderStyle(theme.componentBG)
