Explanation of Change

Docs update for Add Guest workspace role. That PR adds a new Guest role for Control workspaces. People admins can also invite, remove, and assign Guests.

New feature: the Guest workspace role. This PR updates Managing Workspace Members in New Expensify so it matches the merged code:

• Adds a Guest entry to the role list. The description uses the in-app text, "Submit reports with limited visibility." It also says Guests can't view the workspace member list or create rooms.
• Adds the Guests option to the role filter list.
• Corrects four sentences that are now wrong because People admins can manage Guests:
  • "People admins can add and remove Members and Auditors only" → now includes Guests.
  • "People admins can only invite members as Members or Auditors" → now includes Guests.
  • "People admins can only remove Members and Auditors" → now includes Guests.
  • "People admins can change a member’s role between Member and Auditor only" → now includes Guest.
• Adds guest to the article keywords.

The labels come from the merged English strings: role name Guest, filter Guests, and description Submit reports with limited visibility. I couldn't check them in the live UI because the test session couldn't sign in.
