[No QA] MenuItem decomposition - remove unused rootWrapperStyle

Explanation of Change

Removes the rootWrapperStyle prop from the legacy MenuItem. No call site passes it, so the wrapping View always received undefined. This is part of the Phase 4 style-prop cleanup of the MenuItem decomposition.
