App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Open 1:1 DM with any user.
3. Submit an expense to the user.
4. Open the report.
   → Action buttons are on the same row as report title.
5. Go to Spend > Expenses.
6. Open the IOU report from Step 3.

Expected Result:

Action buttons will be on the same row as report title when IOU report is opened from Spend.

Actual Result:

Action buttons are not on the same row as report title when IOU report is opened from Spend.
