Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Log in with Expensifail account.
• Create a Control workspace.
• Enable Rules.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace settings > Rules > General.
3. Scroll down to agent banner.
4. Click Try it out.
   → Agents page opens.
5. Go to workspace settings > Overview > Plan type.
6. Downgrade to Collect plan.
7. Go to workspace settings > Rules > General.
8. Scroll down to agent banner.
9. Click Try it out.

Expected Result:

Upgrade RHP will open.

Actual Result:

App returns to Rules > General after clicking Try it out on agent banner.
