This is a forex rate conversion issue for zero expenses and pre-existing. If the currency is changed through groupby: category and groupby: currency field it shows the same -1 when converted to another currency for a 0 expense. Moreover, converting a $0 expense to another currency is a practically a non-existent user case. I don't think this is a deploy blocker.
