- Open a new expense report. Add 2-3 expenses to it.
- Then open the report and send a message like
@concierge@expensify.com can you list how many expenses categorized advertising are there? - Verify that "Concierge is thinking" indicator shows. And then Concierge tool call status messages
- Verify that Concierge responds to me.

Reported here, david says "Concierge is thinking" is not showing up when concierge is mentioned for expense reports or threads.
Why is this important?
Its nice to have this functionality (mention + "is thinking...") consistent in any type of chat in newDot.
