Action Performed

1. Support-login to a customer ND account
2. Use the app normally or demo to the customer

Expected Result

No promo, training, or onboarding modals/tooltips appear.

Actual Result

App review, AI promo, welcome, training, and onboarding modals still appear — blocking navigation and slowing load. App review cannot be dismissed (411 loop; see #96231).
