App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Open the Expensify app.
2. Start a manual expense creation flow.
3. After completing every field, tap on "Create Expense" button on confirm page.
4. Note that no spinner is displayed before expense is created.

Expected Result:

"Create" button should display a spinner before the expense is finally created.

Actual Result:

During expense creation flow, "Create" button doesn´t show any spinner before expense is created.
