Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Change Photo library access to None in Expensify app settings.

1. Launch Expensify app.
2. Open workspace chat.
3. Send an image to workspace chat.
4. Open the image.
5. Tap Download button.
   → Storage access modal appears.
6. Dismiss the modal.
7. Go offline.
8. Create an expense with receipt in workspace chat.
9. Go back to LHN.
10. Go to Account > Sign out.
11. Tap Save and sign out.

Expected Result:

Storage access modal should appear when signing out with a pending receipt expense.

Actual Result:

Storage access modal does not appear when signing out with a pending receipt expense.

Maybe the QAer had already granted access for Expensify to save photos, which is why the modal already came up? @Expensify/applauseleads do we know if the pending receipt images were actually saved? That's what's important here.
