Action Performed:

  1. Migrate a user to New Expensify.
  2. Configure the approval workflow in New Expensify.
  3. As the migrated user, create a test report.
  4. Submit the report.
  5. Observe the approval workflow that is applied.

Expected Result:

Reports submitted by migrated users should follow the approval workflow configured in New Expensify.
The report should be routed according to the current New Expensify approval settings.

Actual Result:

Reports follow the approval workflow configured in Expensify Classic instead of the workflow configured in New Expensify.
