Scope (Frontend)

• Apply existing personal details collection flow to viewing virtual card details
  • Ensure ECUK uses biometric flows
  • Ensure ECUK doesn't request PIN
• Show home page notification
• Show wallet page GBR (just the dot for now, since the rest is a WIP)
