[Due for payment 2026-06-10] [QuickBooks Desktop] Frontend — Travel Invoicing vendor & payable account selectors

Add the Travel Invoicing configuration section to the QuickBooks Desktop accounting integration settings page, mirroring the section that exists on QuickBooks Online.

The section should expose:

• Travel vendor selector
• Travel payable account selector

The section should be gated on the Travel Invoicing feature being enabled for the workspace, matching the existing QuickBooks Online behavior.

Since the implementation of selectors in Sage Intacct, QDB, and Xero are similar, I was waiting to complete the review in Sage Intacct before opening the PR for QBD and the for Xero. Is that okay? Thank you.
