Problem

As reported here, a lot of the Search logic and display in App has many lines of duplicated code.

Solution

Refactor the code to have less repetition, creating base components, re-usable functions, etc.

I was working on it til before yesterday, but then halted after seeing many [Insights] features that are ongoing and having blockers, so i figured out to to let them at least finish their regression period, so that I will not cause sudden code changes during the period that could make regression handling more difficult due to newly introduced changes.
