[Time Tracking][Bug] Time-Categories field is not displayed in confirmation page in offline #80408

Action Performed:

Preconditions:

  • Create 2 workspace: A & B
  • Enable Time expense on Workspace A
  • Create 1 Time expense in Workspace A
  1. Open https://staging.new.expensify.com/
  2. On secondary device, enable Time expense on Workspace B
  3. Clearing cached and refresh if needed
  4. Go offline
  5. Click FAB > Create expense
  6. Select Time tab
  7. Select Workspace B in the list
  8. Enter hours and click 'Next'

Expected Result:

Categories field is displayed in confirmation page

Actual Result:

Categories field is not displayed in confirmation page
