Device used: Windows 11 pro /Chrome
App Component: Chat Report View

Action Performed:

1. Navigate to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Open any chat
3. Write a message with markdown
4. Add a new line
5. Add the and emoji eg ":global_create:" emoji in the second line but two times
6. Send the message

Expected Result:

Both emojis are visible with equal size

Actual Result:

The second emoji is less in size than the first emoji

Workaround:

@paulnjs Could you please take a look at why our PR might be causing this issue?

@truph01 In the PR we're using line.replace('<emoji>', '<emoji ismedium oneline >'); so only the first emoji is updated size. We should use replaceAll instead. What do you think?
