Action Performed:

  1. Open the app in production environment
  2. Sign in and complete onboarding
  3. Navigate to any chat or report
  4. Look for the help button to open the Side Panel (RHP)

Expected Result:

The help button should be visible and clicking it should open the Side Panel (RHP) in all environments including production.

Actual Result:

The help button and Side Panel (RHP) are hidden in production environment. They only appear in staging and dev environments due to the isProduction check in useSidePanelDisplayStatus.tsx.

Workaround:

Users can only access the Side Panel feature by using staging or dev environments.
