[Merge] Expense - Allow merging negative expenses from the transaction thread view #78181

App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Go to workspace chat.
  3. Create two negative expenses.
  4. Open expense report.
  5. Open any negative expense.
  6. Click More.
    → Merge option is hidden for negative expenses - Expected.
  7. Close the report RHP.
  8. Bulk select both negative expenses > Merge.
  9. Complete the merge process.

Expected Result:

In Step 8, when bulk selecing negative expenses, Merge option should be hidden (similar to Step 6).

Actual Result:

In Step 8, when bulk selecing negative expenses, Merge option is shown.
In Step 9, after merging negative expenses, negative sign briefly disappears.
