Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create an expense.
4. Go to Reports > Unapproved cash.
5. Expand the row.
6. Click Select all checkbox on the user row.
7. Click Select all checkbox above the user row.

Expected Result:

Select all checkbox above the user row can be clicked.
It should be marked as selected when all expenses are selected.

Actual Result:

Select all checkbox above the user row cannot be clicked.
It is not marked as selected when all expenses are selected.

Workaround:
